The development forms part of the greater masterplan of the new Burj Dubai Precinct. It features breath-taking views of the spectacular Burj Khalifa Tower, currently the world’s tallest building. In contrast to this super-building, Old Town utilises a deliberately human scale and is an interpretation of traditional Arabic town architecture. The Old Town is designed as a mixed-use ‘Town within a City’, incorporating residential apartments, a retail ‘souk’, offices and a luxury hotel.
